Important Guidelines
  • Conference Registration is Mandatory
  • Photo ID Proof is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area.
  • Please ensure to wear a registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference Area
  • Registration is Non-Transferable
  • Delegate must bring receipt at the time of registration.
  • PG Students will have to submit a letter from HOD at the time of registration on the letterhead of Head of Department/Institute.
  • Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with Conference Secretariat.
  • For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card/UPI. The disbursal of delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.
  • Delegate Kit will be handed over only to the registered delegate
  • Organiser will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss of theft of personal belongings.
  • Online Registration will be closed on 15th February 2025
  • 3 % additional charge for Indian and 3.75 % for International cards
  • For any change in registration slab subsequently, same will be updated on the website www.iactscon2025.com and shall be effective w.e.f revision date.
  • Please provide your Medical Council No. & IACTS Membership Number.
Terms & Guidelines
  • Organisers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them a category which they may deem fit.
  • Registration slab applicable shall be the prevailing slab on the date of credit of the amount in the conference Account. It is requested to send forms and payment promptly well ahead of the slab transition period.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Requests for Cancellation and to process refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at Email: - iactscon2025@gmail.com
  • Cancellation till 10th November 2024- 25% Cancellation Charges
  • Cancellation till 15th December 2024- 50% Cancellation Charges
  • Cancellation till 15th January 2025- 75% Cancellation Charges
  • No refund for the cancellation request after 15th January 2024
  • Refunds will be initiated 45 days post the conference completion.
  • Registration is not transferable
